Purse Fix – K. Carroll Accessories Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy

K. Carroll Accessories Subscription Box Orders: Once an order has been submitted, the first order is final. The subscription can be cancelled after the first box has been shipped out.

Returns & Exchanges: K. Carroll Accessories Purse Fix Box items are offered at a final sale discount and may also include free gifts. Returns & exchanges are not accepted on any subscription box items. If any item is damaged please email us immediately at orders@k-carroll.com. All claims must be made within 7 business days.

Billing & Shipping: Boxes will be shipped out four times per year. Your credit card will be charged on the first date of purchase and your box will be shipped within 14 days. Your credit card will be charged for the current shipment when you sign up for your first box and will be charged every 90 days until cancellation. All dates are approximate. Shipping times vary each month. Once you subscribe, you will be charged and begin receiving boxes every three months. All other taxes and fees are included in the cost of your K. Carroll Accessories Purse Fix Box. 

Subscription Requirements/Cancellation Requests: K. Carroll Accessories Purse Fix Box orders are accepted as subscription plans only. Cancellation requests are accepted at any time and may be submitted via email to orders@k-carroll.com with the subject line CANCELLATION. All cancellation requests are processed exactly 10 days from the date submitted. You will not be subjected to any charges from K. Carroll on or after the 10th day following the submission of a cancellation request.
