SHIPPING POLICY
We pride ourselves on processing your orders quickly and shipping within 2–3 business days. We offer a flat rate shipping of $6.99 per order with the following exceptions:
- All retail orders above $75 USD will receive free shipping.
- Wholesale customers will be charged actual shipping rates.
- Orders ship within the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders will have higher rates—we will contact you before shipping.
HOLIDAY ORDER CUT OFF DATES
We must receive your order on or before December 17, 2025 to ensure on-time arrival.
RETURN POLICY
We know you'll love your new handbag, but we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you change your mind, items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Return packages must be postmarked within this timeframe.
Exchanges and store credit may be used at k-carroll.com. All tags, including price tags, must remain attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged. Monogrammed items are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: If you are gifting a purchase, we are happy to extend our return window to January 8, 2026. Please have all returns postmarked by this date.
